Our Motivation

Far beyond confidence exists an ethereal moment on our journey where passion, skill, perseverance and opportunity come together. We motivate cast members to strive toward the confluence of these fundamental character traits.

It is in that wonderful moment where they discover the very place they are... 

is the place they want to be... and, should be.

We call it "finding one's center." We call it "positive energy." We call it "the magic!"

It is in that magic where one finds they have the power to move people, to lift them up, to brighten their day and to take them on their journey. 

That is "perfection" and it is why we do what we do.
